I never write reviews for anyone or anything, but I feel compelled to write a review for Dr. Shah. There are practitioners, doctors, and healers. Dr. Shah is all of the above. She knows her field exceptionally well. She is an outstanding doctor who has wonderful beside manners. Dr. Shah has been the doctor for both of my parents for years now. Not only would I follow her wherever she goes, but she will be my doctor as I get older (in the not too distant future!). Dr. Shah is sensitive, caring, and thoughtful. She remembers everything and she always responds when I reach out to her asking for help in challenging moments with my parents' health. Dr. Shah has called my parents to follow up on how they are feeling. She learned Spanish to be able to communicate well with patients of other backgrounds. She responds to any request in a timely manner. She is always available and efficient. Her office is professional and attractive. She makes you feel so comfortable. You know she genuinely cares about her patients. I trust her implicitly. She is by far the best doctor I have ever encountered.

We are vising Dr. Shah from many year, she is an amazing practitioner! She is thorough, yet concise, and really aims to provide a comfortable environment for her patients. She listens to your concerns and creates treatment goals that really makes you feel like she’s on your team to promote your health. The Office visit is always very good, did not have to wait a long time.

Dr Rupal Shah is increíble. She has been our family doctor for many years now. Excellent treatment. She has a great ability to connect. DR RUPAL SHAH ❤️ Dr Shah has been my moms geriatric physician for many many years providing her expert medical care with a gentle mannerism that surpasses any other doctor I have met in my life ! Alongside her endearing personality, Dr Shah matches that with an outstanding standard of medical excellence. Dr shah has a unique skill of making a patient and their family feel safe and comfortable in her hands. As a daughter who is the primary caretaker to her mom who has Alzheimer’s, Dr Shah has confidently cradled me throughout a long journey of difficult stages of this disease with comfort and grace. I will be forever grateful to Dr Shah for carrying me through tough times and hard decisions while looking out for my own well-being as well as my moms. On every level of care, Dr Shah surpasses any other doctor I have encountered which is the reason that I travel over 40 minutes from Flushing, Queens with my 93 years old mother to ensure my mom has the best care each and every time we are there. Due to my moms advanced Alzheimers she has difficulty in facial recognition with people in her life, yet she never fails to recognize Dr. Shah’s warm, caring and angelic face. Dr Shah always lights up my moms face each and every time we see her. Mom and myself feel safe with every facet of medical advice we receive from her. To say: Is it possible to love your doctor? Our answer is absolutely YES!

Dr. Rupal Shah is just the primary care physician I have been looking for for myself and my family. She lovingly took care of my Dad until his passing and has been a Godsend for my Mom. Now she is my doctor! Dr. Shah is caring, patient, and professional. She never rushes a patient and listens carefully to all you tell her so that she can make good decisions. She is filled with warmth toward her patients and makes you really feel cared for. She is always available and answers back very quickly. Appointments are easy to schedule with lots of choices. Office is new and has parking. I encourage you to try Dr. Rupal Shah. You will not be disappointed!
